Under the new brand, Zahoree now becomes the CX holistic experience

Infolink-exp, the global technology support services company, announced that it has changed its name to Zahoree, effective on July 14th. The reason behind the name change is to better reflect the technology and CX services platform that the company offers to its customers, which now includes Zahoree Virtual Teams, the fully managed CX delivery platform that allows technology and new economy companies to assemble and manage their CX teams virtually.

Since 2012, Infolink-EXP has partnered with rapidly scaling IoT, SmartTech, HealthTech, e-Commerce, FinTech, and AI companies, to deliver customer support services to end-users throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales and product activation, on-boarding, and enrollments, to technical support, customer service, cross-selling, and upgrades. The company will continue to provide those services globally in the same reliable way that their clients have come to expect, but the digital platform now provides them with increased visibility into their teams’ performance, tools for training and skills development, and AI/ML capabilities to make support teams more intelligent and effective, and to optimize the customer experience (CX).
